Manish Shah
Manish Shah is a qualified Advocate and a senior partner at the Firm. He has an experience of over two decades in the profession. He regularly advises clients on indirect taxation viz. Goods and Services Tax Act matters and appears before the authorities, for show cause notices, assessments, etc.
He has assisted client’s transition to new tax regimes, including the current GST regime in India.
He has advised clients across varied segments of commerce and industry, including manufacturing, consumer products, infrastructure, chemicals, healthcare, etc.

Chintan Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 5 years of extensive professional experience in the fields of Income Tax, Goods & Services Tax (GST), Corporate Law (ROC Compliances) and Financial Due Diligence. Over the years, he has been advising individuals, businesses, and corporates on a wide spectrum of taxation and regulatory matters with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning.

Chirag Shah is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor (Mumbai), has an experience of over a decade in the profession. He regularly advises clients on onshore and offshore structuring, Merger and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Title Investigation, commercial disputes resolution, complex “PIPE” deals and advisory related to securities and general corporate laws.

He has worked across varied segments of commerce and industry, including manufacturing, consumer products, infrastructure, chemicals, IT, etc.

Karishma Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 4 years of extensive professional experience in Income Tax, TDS advisory, compliance support to corporates, SMEs, and individuals, including handling assessments, responding to notices, financial risk assessment and business evaluation.
She was previously associated with Axis Bank and ICICI Bank as credit analyst.
